This is a genuine Creality part, is what you need, if your heated bed has stopped working due to MOSFET failure.
Things to inspect before installing, or possible damaged, chafed, or shorted wires. Also it's a good idea to inspect the printed conductive traces on the back side of the heated bed for damage, as well as soldered joints where wires are soldered to pads.
