This simple little model can be printed and installed fairly quickly.

On our MK8 extruder, you can remove the M4 screw which serves as a spring seat on the frame.  Attach this over the hole, and replace the M4 screw.  A zip tie may be used to pull the top and bottom together.  I'll likely refine this more, but this is a quick cable holder, and it's handy to support the additional cable on our ABL sensor.  TPU would be a great material for this.  PLA can be a little stiff, but it will also work well.
