We are proud to offer this particular V6 hotend.  We have sifted through many sources, to find a offer a high quality V6 clone to you.  Since, we service many large printer customers, we have found this particular bundle to be of great value to CR-10, S4, and S5 owners.  It comes bundled with a Volcano clone heat block, Volcano style nozzles, and a passthrough thermal tube.  This passthrough tube, allows the bowden to travel through, the thermal tube (heat break), and stop at the the nozzle.

You will need to print a mount (see this link) to bolt this hotend to your CR-10, S4, or S5 carriage.  I nice part cooler for 40mm fan is (see this link). If you are careful, you can reuse your existing heater cartridge, and thermistor, to save having to join wires.  You will also need to print, (or slot exisitng mounting holes) in your Z-axis endstop switch mount (see link for Z switch mount).  This is because the hot end will hang lower than your stock hotend.  Making the adjustment of the endstop switch is quite simple, once you have the adjustable endstop mount.

An All metal tube for this V6 clone is also available from MacEwen 3D.  We do the vetting for you.  If it's not great, you will not find it here.

We definitely recommend wrapping wires with Kapton / Polyamid tape anywhere it may be pinched.  If installing the included Volcano option, small pieces can be applied to the bottom of heatsink, and heater block itself, where wires can be pinched.  A little extra protection goes a long way.

This is a great design to mount the V6 to your CR-10, S4, or S5 printer.  It mounts the V6, and includes optional mount to use the volcano heater block (which sits lower).  There is also a part to allow mounting your stock 40mm hotend fan.
